No worries, with virtual sessions it is way more relaxed, and I keep the team feeling going throughout your session, along with reminders to breathe, casual conversation to help you relax, some mindfulness suggestions if it helps, a break for a sip of water or a change of outfit, bringing in your family members and/or pets for support… heck, you can even play music if it helps!
